Michael Coates

Michael Coates is a dedicated professional with a robust background in educational support and technical client services. Currently serving as a Technical Client Support Representative at VALD since January 2023, Michael has previously worked as a Support Specialist at Best Practice Software and an Executive Assistant at St Andrew's College. Between 2013 and 2017, Michael held various teaching positions, including roles at Denison College Kelso High Campus as a Teacher and as a casual and supply teacher at Katoomba High School and Impact Teachers, specializing in Special Education and Information Technology.
