Rob Gray

Rob Gray is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and development leadership. Currently serving as Lead Engineer at VALD since November 2022, Rob previously held similar positions at ShelterBuddy and SixPivot, demonstrating proficiency in senior development roles. Notable contributions include contract work for the Department of Justice and Attorney-General QLD, where Rob effectively reverse engineered specifications in a compressed timeframe, and as Chief Technology Officer at FizzioFit, managing comprehensive technical operations within a startup environment. Additional expertise was gained as Digital Development Manager at Deloitte Digital, leading Sitecore projects for major clients, and in various leadership roles, including Software Development Manager at Mammoth and Principal Systems Developer for the Department of Communities (Qld).
