Vale is a modern matcha company based in Pioneer Square, Seattle. We were built on a simple conviction: exceptional matcha should be accessible to everyone.

Vale sources the finest tencha and matcha from established Japanese growers and holds every glass to the Cascadia Matcha Standard — leaf-first, cold-drawn, naturally sweetened, precision-milled, and finished with modern froth. That standard comes to life across our whole ecosystem: cafés, mobile matcha bars, self-serve automated technology, at-home products, and wholesale partnerships.

Whether it's matcha on tap or a shake at your kitchen counter, the goal is the same: fresh, consistent, and genuinely good, every time.

We're assembling roboticists, engineers, food scientists, designers, baristas, and community builders — different skills, one thing in common: a love of matcha. Together, we're building a new generation of matcha. Come make history with us.
