Vale International Limited was founded in January 2nd, 2008 in Hong Kong. The company was established to act primarily on behalf of its clients as their own office in Asia.
Vale International Limited opened its China office in Shanghai on September 3rd, 2008. The Shanghai office has held all of the decision making process as well as the operational structure of the company since its opening.
In July '10 the company will open another office in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The decision making, customer relations and company strategy will move to the Brazil office while operations will remain in Shanghai.
