Adelson Ribeiro Dias

Adelson Ribeiro Dias has extensive experience in occupational safety, having worked in various roles across multiple organizations. From 2001 to 2004, they served as a Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho at CESA LOGíSTICA, where they focused on emergency planning and safety audits. At Vale from 2013 to 2017, Adelson ascended through positions including Supervisor and Senior Engenheiro de Segurança do Trabalho, overseeing safety programs and a large team dedicated to promoting employee health and safety. They hold degrees in Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene and in Engineering of Agrimensura and Cartography from renowned institutions in Brazil. Currently, Adelson is responsible for managing safety procedures and emergency plans in the mining sector.
