Alberto Ignácio Filho is a Mechanical Engineer with a latu senso post-graduate degree in Maintenance Engineering and over 20 years of experience in engineering project coordination and maintenance management within the steel industry. They have held several managerial roles since 2008, leading multifunctional teams and managing annual OPEX budgets ranging from USD 8.4 million to USD 18.2 million. Alberto has spearheaded significant projects, including the Cold Gunning of Blast Furnace #1 at USIMINAS and the implementation of the ARMP program for maintenance methodology at ArcelorMittal Piracicaba.
