Alessandro Michelli is a seasoned technical manager in engineering projects and social responsibility with over 20 years of national and international experience. They have held significant roles at various companies, including Vale S.A., where they currently manage R$ 32 billion in infrastructure investments impacting over 1.8 million residents. Previously, Alessandro coordinated operations at Consulbrás Engenharia e Consultoria and Proconsul Engenharia e Consultoria, focusing on urban cleaning, waste management, and sustainable practices. They received their civil engineering degree from PUC-PR and continue to advance their education in the same field at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná.
