André Lemos is a Master Engineer at Vale, having previously held various engineering roles within the company, including Senior Engineer and Global Trainee. They graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from the Universidade Estadual de Minas Gerais (UEMG) and obtained a postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety Engineering from Centro Universitário do Leste de Minas Gerais (UNILESTE).
