Andreia Rabetim

Andreia Rabetim leads the Gerência de Articulações Intersetoriais in the Diretoria de Sustentabilidade at Vale, bringing 26 years of experience in social investment and the third sector. They hold a diploma in Gestion de Sustentabilidade from Universität Lüneburg - InWent and a postgraduate degree in Marketing from Ibmec Business School. As a fellow and coach at the WomenLead Institute, Andreia was also a finalist for the 2017 Leading Women Awards by the World Business Council for Sustainable Development. Additionally, they serve as the President of the Board of Women in Mining Brasil and are part of the Curator Council of Fundação Vale.
