Andy Lee is the Manager of Geometallurgy at Vale Base Metals Technical Excellence Centre, a role they have held since 2014. With extensive experience in the mineral processing industry, Andy has worked as an Exploration Geologist in Chile and Argentina, and has held various research positions where they contributed to significant mineralogical studies and process improvements. Andy earned a Master's Degree from Queen's University and a Bachelor's Degree in Geology from the University of British Columbia.
