Bruna Maffra

Bruna Maffra has extensive experience in continuous improvement and operational excellence, holding various leadership positions at Vale since December 2010, including Director of Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence and Operational Excellence Executive Manager. Prior roles at Vale include Continuous Improvement General Manager and Operational Development Manager, with initial positions as Performance Management Analyst and Commercial Analyst. Bruna began the professional career as a Supply Chain Analyst at Cia de Fiacao e Tecidos Cedro Cachoeira. Educational achievements include a Leadership Program in Lean Manufacturing from the University of Michigan in 2014 and an MBA in Business Management from Ibmec, complemented by further studies at Ibmec from 2001 to 2007.
