BuRum Han is a passionate and strategic Total Rewards leader with over 25 years of experience in global pension and benefits management. Currently serving as the Head of Global Pension & Benefits at Vale, they oversee multi-billion-dollar pension assets and programs across twelve countries, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment with corporate policies. Previously, BuRum held various roles, including Director at Vale Canada Limited and Manager at Kraft Foods Group, where they managed extensive pension and benefits programs. They hold an Hons B.A. in Law & Society and Political Science from York University and a Pension Plan Administration Certificate from Humber College.
