Carla Amorim has 26 years of experience in finance within multinational companies, including over a decade in leadership roles. At Vale, Carla managed a high-performing team of 24 professionals and was responsible for performance management in the mining sector. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and an MBA in Business Management at Fundação Dom Cabral, Carla is also actively engaged in cultural transformation, diversity, and inclusion initiatives and serves as a mentor in career development.
