Carlos Ramirez

Carlos Ramirez is an Industrial Engineer and Occupational Physician with over 15 years of experience in mining and manufacturing across Canada, Mexico, and Peru. Currently, they serve as a Senior OHS Analyst at Vale and as an Academic Program Coordinator at Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they lead courses on integrating occupational health and safety into business strategies. Previously, Carlos held key positions at Telefónica, COPEINCA, and JRC, leading health and safety initiatives that significantly reduced exposure risks. In addition to their work in industry, they contribute as a lecturer at ESAN Graduate School of Business, promoting innovation in occupational health and safety. Carlos has a strong academic background, including several specializations and a Master’s in Business Administration.
