Cleston M. has extensive experience in maintenance management and engineering within the steel and mining industries. From February 1998 to January 2005, Cleston served as Supervisor de Inspeção, Planejamento, Programação e Controle de Manutenção at USIMINAS, overseeing maintenance inspections and planning. Cleston then became Gerente de Manutenção Centralizadas at USIMINAS MECÂNICA from June 2009 to May 2011, managing a large team focused on preventative maintenance across various disciplines. Following this, Cleston worked at Gerdau from January 2005 to March 2007 as Gerente de engenharia de manutenção, implementing strategies to enhance maintenance efficiency and productivity. In 2023, Cleston held the position of Gerente de Manutenção at Vale, managing the pre-operational processes for new systems while promoting safety and structured training programs. Cleston also pursued education in Project Management at Fundação Getulio Vargas and obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais.
