Dale Loder

Dale Loder has over a decade of experience in analytical laboratory management and field service engineering. Since March 2012, Dale has served as the Analytical Laboratory Superintendent at Vale, where responsibilities include overseeing laboratory operations and leading continuous improvement initiatives as a Senior Chemist. Prior to this role, Dale worked at Beckman Coulter as a Field Service Engineer from April 2010 to March 2012, gaining valuable skills in technical support and customer service within the field.
