Daniela Biazotto

Daniela Biazotto is currently the Investor Relations Technical Manager at Vale S.A., drawing on extensive expertise in corporate law, corporate governance, and capital markets. Daniela previously held roles as Senior Legal Counsel, Master Legal Counsel, and Legal Counsel at Vale, and served as Associate Counsel at Eximia Capital Partners from 2017 to 2019. Daniela's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Law from UFRJ and specialized training in Corporate Law and Capital Markets from Fundação Getulio Vargas, as well as a postgraduate degree in Business Law from the Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro. Earlier in their career, Daniela gained experience as a Legal Intern at Grupo Globo from 2015 to 2017.
