Dayna Waring has extensive experience in operational excellence and human resources, currently serving as the Operational Excellence Manager and previously as Human Resources Manager at Vale since October 2018. Dayna's substantial background includes roles at University College of the North from March 2017 to June 2022, as well as a series of positions at Vale and INCO spanning from May 2000 to February 2017, culminating in leadership roles such as Organizational Development Superintendent and Learning and Development Analyst. Dayna has fortified professional qualifications by earning a Project Leadership Certificate from Cornell University and a Certified Lean Greenbelt Champion from Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters, among other credentials. Currently, Dayna is pursuing further education at the University of Manitoba.
