Débora Cezar

Débora Cezar has 17 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, and Asset Management, currently focusing on the management of component assets to ensure accuracy in asset information and optimize immobilized resources. They are proficient in tools such as SAP, Oracle, advanced Excel, and Power BI, and have a strong analytical profile aimed at process standardization and compliance. Débora led the "Reuse of Components" project, achieving significant cost savings of R$170 million in its first year and receiving recognition at the VPS 2023 continuous improvement event. They are also the author of an article approved for oral presentation at the ABRAMAN Congress 2025. Débora holds an MBA in Audit, Controlling, and Finance from FAENE and a degree in Accounting from the Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro.
