Prior to this role, Don held various positions at Carriere Industrial Supply, including Process Leader and Process Owner from February 2014 to March 2022. Don's professional journey began as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic Apprentice at Glencore Copper from May 2005 to September 2006. Educationally, Don MacDonald attended Cambrian College from 2001 to 2004, focusing on Diesel Engine and Heavy/Industrial Equipment Maintenance Technologies.
