Doug Foley

Doug Foley is an experienced Maintenance Superintendent with a strong background in safety, continuous improvement, and work management within the industrial sector. Since August 2006, Doug has been with Vale, focusing on joint health and safety, sustainability, and serving as a shutdown coordinator. Prior to joining Vale, Doug served as Maintenance Superintendent at Domtar from January 2000 to August 2006, where responsibilities included implementing a condition-based monitoring program and leading a Kaizen team for lean manufacturing initiatives. Doug's career began as Branch Industrial Manager at Safety-Kleen from January 1998 to January 2000. Doug holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree from Carleton University.
