Edlayne Moraes

Edlayne Moraes is a geologist with extensive experience in hydrogeology, project management, and environmental studies. They currently serve as Geóloga Master III at Progen S.A., where they develop maintenance strategies for deep tubular wells and analyze failure triggers. Edlayne previously worked as a Geologist A at DH Perfuração de Poços Ltda, managing long-term well maintenance projects and coordinating field teams. They hold an MBA in Project Management from MBA USP/Esalq and a postgraduate degree in Hydrogeological Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais. Edlayne's academic journey began with a degree in Geology from the Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo, where they also engaged in scientific research on groundwater quality.
