Edvania Santos

Edvania Santos is the current Coordenadora de Processos Analíticos Qualidade at Vale, where they manage quality processes and strategic projects. Edvania holds a degree in Engenharia de Produção and a postgraduate degree in Tratamento de Minérios, along with a recent specialization in Gestão from PUC Minas. They have previously coordinated quality and management systems at Galvani Fertilizantes and held roles in operational excellence and continuous improvement at Kinross and Samarco. With extensive experience in mining and management processes, Edvania is also the manager and owner of a Mr. Fit franchise focused on healthy eating.
