Elida Rafachine

Elida Rafachine is the Director of Facilities at Vale and has been specializing in systems management at Vale Fertilizantes since 2012, focusing on the implementation of the Vale Management model. Previously, Elida served as a Quality Analyst at Fosfertil from 2000 to 2013, where they implemented ISO 9001 and 14001 standards and Lean Sigma across the organization. Elida is pursuing a postgraduate degree in Environmental Management at Universidade de Uberaba and holds an MBA in Lean Manufacturing from Cimatec, along with a bachelor's degree in Administration and Marketing from Faculdade de Ciencias Economicas do Triangulo Mineiro.
