Eva Monteiro

Eva Monteiro has extensive experience in education and quality management, having worked as an Assessora de Qualidade e Pessoas at Colégio O Bom Pastor e Colégio O Bom Pastor Júnior from March 2004 to September 2008, where responsibilities included customer service, quality management system oversight, and team training. Eva also served as a Coordenadora, managing teams and overseeing financial operations. Additionally, Eva held the role of Assessor de Qualidade at WO Engenharia Ltda from 2009 to 2010 and is currently a Professor of Design Thinking at UNDB since September 2019. In February 2024, Eva began roles as Analista Master de Gestão de Mudança and Analista de Inovação at Vale. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Administration, an MBA in Gestão com Pessoas, and a degree in Project Management.
