Fernando Castro

Fernando Castro has extensive experience in IT services and support, currently holding the position of Unified Collaboration Services at Vale since June 2017, where responsibilities include managing customer service, problem analysis, and providing audio and video conferencing support. Concurrently, since May 2015, Fernando has served as a Deskside Services Specialist at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS), focusing on equipment image management, troubleshooting, and VIP user support. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior IT Consultant at Neoris do Brasil from October 2003 to February 2015, which involved IT document management and network administration. Fernando holds a degree in Systems Analysis from UniCarioca and furthered education with training in SAP BASIS at GPLUX.
