Fernando Villanova is a Mineral Resources Manager with a background in geology and mineral engineering. They earned a degree in Geology from UFMG in 2011 and a Master's in Mineral Engineering from USP in 2018. Previously, they worked as a geologist at AngloGold Ashanti from 2011 to 2019, followed by a role as a Mine Geology Consultant at Nexa Resources from 2019 to 2024.
