Flavio Mata

Flavio Mata is a seasoned professional in the engineering and reliability of mining equipment, currently serving as the Coordinator of Engineering and Reliability at Vale. Flavio began their career as an intern in electromechanics and progressed through various roles at Vale, including positions as a Senior Engineer and Master Engineer. Prior to Vale, Flavio worked as a maintenance mechanic at Sotreq S/A, focusing on Caterpillar mining equipment. Flavio holds a postgraduate degree in Automation for Mining Processes from ITV Vale/UFOP and a bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from FUNCESI.
