Flavio Ribeiro has over 25 years of experience in mining and operations management. Flavio worked at CSN (Casa de Pedra) from 1998 to 2010, first as Supervisor de Perfuração e Desmonte and later as Supervisor de Produção. Between June 2010 and October 2015, Flavio was the Supervisor de Infraestrutura de Mina at Ferrous Resources do Brasil, managing various mining operations. Flavio then joined Norsk Hydro in June 2022 as Gerente de Operação de Mina, overseeing excavation, transport, and quality control of mineral operations. Currently, since March 2025, Flavio serves as Gerente de Infraestrutura de Minas/Perfuração e Desmonte at Vale, focusing on operational safety and process improvements. Flavio holds a degree in Engenharia de Produção from Universo (2008-2012) and a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu in Engenharia de Minas from Unyleya (2020-2021).
