Gabriel Morais has extensive experience in data engineering and people analytics, particularly at Vale since August 2011, where responsibilities include requirement gathering for data ingestion from global systems and agile planning for data engineering activities. Gabriel's role in Human Resources involves developing indicators to support corporate HR, as well as overseeing the global governance and management of the Performance Behavioral Factor process. Prior to Vale, Gabriel worked at Cushman & Wakefield as an analyst on a fertilizer project for a mining client, focusing on information management systems. Gabriel holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade FUMEC and further studies in Data Science and Big Data from PUC Minas.
