Henrique Penido

Henrique Penido is a Geomechanics Technical Manager and Project Manager at Vale with extensive experience in geotechnical engineering. They began their career as a Civil Engineer at J Dantas S.A. Engenharia e Construções from 2000 to 2004, contributing to significant projects such as mining tunnels and hydroelectric underground buildings. Henrique has held academic positions, teaching geotechnics applied to mining tailings at PUC Minas and Universidade do Estado de Minas Gerais. They earned a Doctor of Science in Geotechnical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto and a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
