Hertz Silva

Hertz Silva has extensive experience in maintenance and planning roles within the industrial sector. From 2000 to 2006, Hertz worked at ALUMAR as a Field Planner, followed by a position as Maintenance Supervisor at Mineração Aurizona from November 2009 to April 2010. Responsibilities included workforce programming, load balancing, and weekly coordination with production for the Production Planning and Control (PPC). Hertz continued to develop maintenance expertise at Vale from November 2006 to December 2007, serving as a Specialized Maintenance Technician and later as Supervisor of Mechanical Maintenance, overseeing the inspection and maintenance of conveyor belt cleaning systems. Hertz holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from UNICEUMA (2002-2005) and a Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering from CEFET/Ma (1987-1990).
