Homell Lima

Homell Lima, PMP, has extensive experience in project management and engineering, predominantly in the mining and construction sectors. Since March 2008, Homell has been with Vale, overseeing significant projects aimed at increasing iron ore production at the Ponta da Madeira Port. Homell's prior roles include Construction Coordinator for a Joint Venture implementing aluminum refinery expansions and Engineer Coordinator for Guimar Engenharia, managing projects that enhanced shipping capacity at the same port. Previous experience encompasses roles as Field Engineer and Engineer in self-employment, focusing on piping and mechanical systems in various infrastructure projects. Homell's educational achievements include a Master of Science in Numerical Simulation from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and an MBA in Project Management from FGV.
