Hugo Arouca is an international executive with 18 years of experience in Talent Management, Executive Search, and Employer Branding. Currently serving as HR Director for Grupo Boticário, they previously held leadership roles at Mercado Livre, including Head of Talent Acquisition for Latin America and Brasil. Hugo has also contributed to Fesa Global Executive Search as an Associate and has held senior positions at Asap - Recruiters and Mercado Livre Brasil. They are passionate about fostering inclusive and high-performing organizational cultures and serve as a board member for a family-owned hotel group.
