Igor Alberto Machala is an experienced project manager with a demonstrated history of leadership in engineering and maintenance roles across several prominent companies, including Vale and RHI Magnesita. Currently serving as Gerente de Projetos at Vale since January 2022, Igor utilizes methodologies such as Front-End Loading (FEL) and Lean Manufacturing to optimize production capacity and reduce costs. Previous roles include Engineering Coordinator at RHI Magnesita, where responsibilities encompassed project development and investment control, and Maintenance Coordinator at Anglo American, focused on asset maintenance in iron ore beneficiation.
