Igor Hosken

Igor Hosken possesses extensive experience in health, safety, and mining engineering. Currently serving as Gerente de SSMA Projetos and previously as Supervisor de Segurança do Trabalho at Vale since June 2013, Igor oversees health and safety excellence programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and promoting the well-being of employees. Prior to this, Igor worked at Kinross Gold Corporation from September 2012 to March 2013 as Engenheiro de Minas Pleno, managing infrastructure and operational planning for the Morro do Ouro mine. Igor's career began at Vale, where from May 2005 to September 2012, roles included Analista Operacional Pleno and Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho, focusing on operational coordination and risk management in mining operations. Educational qualifications include a Pós Graduação in Gestão de Pessoas from PUC Minas and a degree in Engenharia de Produção from Universidade Presidente Antônio Carlos.
