Isabela Pena graduated in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Católica de Petrópolis and holds multiple MBAs, including one in Project Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas and another in Maintenance Management. They have extensive experience in project management and maintenance across various industries, including roles as an Electrical Engineer at Stemil and a Maintenance Engineer at Grupo GPS. Isabela’s work has involved implementing regulatory safety standards, managing complex projects, and optimizing maintenance processes. Currently, Isabela serves as a Master Engineer at Vale, focused on the commissioning of the Capanema Project.
