Joana Arruti is a seasoned professional with nearly 20 years of experience in communication, both in Brazil and internationally. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication from Universidade Católica de Salvador and a postgraduate degree in Organizational Communication from Universidad de Málaga. Joana has been with Vale for 14 years, where they have contributed to the communication of operations in Carajás and corporate communication. For the past three years, they have led the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion communication squad, focusing on enhancing the company's reputation and advancing strategic initiatives.
