Jorge's career began at CREA-MA as an engineer overseeing civil works and progressed through roles as a field engineer at CARMEL Engenharia Ltda and as an implantation engineer at Construtora Nível Ltda. From 2002 to 2010, Jorge served as a partner and technical manager at Megacol - Mega Construções Ltda, managing public and private projects in São Luís-MA.
