Karla Costello

Karla Costello is an experienced health and safety professional with a strong background in various advisory roles. Currently serving as the Lead Health and Safety Advisor at Vale since November 2013, Karla has previously held positions as HSE Advisor at Lockerbie and Hole, QHSE Coordinator at All Canada Crane, and HS&E Advisor at Northern Crane Services Group. Starting in the health and safety field, Karla worked as Lead HS&E Advisor at North American Mining and as HS&E Advisor at North American Caisson Ltd. Educational qualifications include studies at the University of New Brunswick, the Alberta Construction Safety Association, and the College of the North Atlantic.
