Laís Medeiros

Laís Medeiros is a Mechanical Engineer with an MBA in Project Management and experience in Process Planning and Management. They began their career in the automotive industry in 2006, transitioning to mining in 2011, where they currently lead the maintenance management team for geotechnical assets at Vale Base Metals. Notable past roles include serving as a senior engineer responsible for implementing maintenance management processes and conducting audits to enhance operational quality and safety. Laís holds a degree in Engineering Mechanics from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte and an MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
