Lesley Joy

Lesley Joy has a robust background in engineering and operational management, with extensive experience at Vale since July 2008, where Lesley has progressed through multiple roles including General Manager of Long Harbour Operations, Operational Excellence Manager, Continuous Improvement Manager, Technical Services Manager, Process Engineering Superintendent, and Production Engineer. Prior experience includes serving as Process Engineering Coordinator at CVRD Inco from June 2007 to July 2008 and as a Process Engineer at Inco from January 2003 to June 2007. Lesley holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University's Edinburgh School of Business (2008-2010) and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Mathematics from Memorial University (1996-2000), with studies also undertaken at the University of Toronto from 2000 to 2002.
