Letícia Maciente began their career in mining as a Trainee Specialist in Engineering and has since advanced to roles including Coordinadora de Diretrizes Básicas de Manutenção at Vale, where they focused on maintenance management and operational productivity. They have also contributed to environmental projects and research, particularly in soil science, with a master's degree in the field from the Federal University of Lavras. Currently, Letícia is pursuing an MBA in Organizational Psychology and Management of People at PUCRS.
