Magno Marques is a seasoned professional with 14 years of experience in Health, Safety, Environment, Sustainability, Risk Management, and Community Relations within multinational companies in the metallurgical, steel, and mining sectors. Previously, they held positions such as Safety Engineer at Fundação São Francisco Xavier and Coordinator of Occupational Safety at Nexa Resources, where they led initiatives focused on organizational culture change and critical safety controls. Magno is currently serving as the Master Engineer for Safety and Health at Vale and is pursuing further specialization in Risk Management and Process Safety.
