Makesha Judson

Makesha Judson is the Managing Director of Government Relations and Public Affairs for Vale USA, LLC, where they lead government interactions and community engagement initiatives. They previously served as Director of Special Projects and Legislative Liaison at the Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services from 2018 to 2021, and as State Director of Program Services and Governmental Affairs for March of Dimes from 2012 to 2016. Makesha has extensive experience in public policy and legislative affairs, having held roles including Legislative Assistant for the Louisiana House of Representatives and Community Relations Advisor at Shell. They are currently pursuing an Executive Educational Leadership Program at Harvard Kennedy School, having earned a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Southern University and A&M College.
