Currently, Marcelo serves as the Global SSMA Manager for Suppliers at Vale, where they oversee the standardization of health, safety, and environmental processes globally. Previously, Marcelo held various managerial roles in health and safety at Vale and InterCement, contributing to the enhancement of safety protocols and the management of environmental systems.
