They have also co-owned MP Soluções Industriais EIRELI since 2016, providing engineering solutions across multiple sectors. Their past roles include managerial and technical positions at companies such as Fiatengineering and Vallourec, where they developed suppliers and managed quality systems. Marcelo earned their degree in Mechanical Engineering and a postgraduate qualification in Quality Assurance Management from CEFET MG.
