Marina Modolo

Marina Modolo is currently a Global Trainee at Vale, where they manage an investment portfolio and support infrastructure activities. Previously, they held positions as a Process Engineering Intern at Kimberly-Clark, focusing on process optimization using Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methodologies, and as a Production Planning specialist at BASF, where they improved stock control and managed production schedules. Marina also completed an Operations Internship at MARS, contributing to process improvements and operational documentation. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering from Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná, a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo, and are pursuing postgraduate studies in Project Management at Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo and Reliability Engineering at Universidade Santa Cecília.
