Mark Johnson

Mark Johnson is a seasoned project leader with over 25 years of experience in project development and execution, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Vale. They specialize in project management, commissioning, start-up, and operational readiness. Mark has held various influential roles in significant mining projects, including the Voisey’s Bay Mine Expansion and Long Harbour Processing Plant, where they managed complex strategies for multi-billion-dollar initiatives. Mark holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Manitoba and has furthered their education in Organizational Leadership at Memorial University of Newfoundland. Additionally, they are a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
