Miguel Mello

Miguel Mello is a geotechnical civil engineer with extensive experience in railway infrastructure maintenance and geotechnical diagnostics. They currently serve as a senior geotechnical engineer at Vale, where they focus on the inspection and evaluation of railway conditions and asset management. With 15 years of experience, Miguel has contributed to over 32 building inspections and led the implementation of innovative management practices in their field. Educated in civil engineering and with a master's degree in geotechnics from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco, Miguel continually seeks to enhance their leadership skills through an MBA in People Management. They are also a partner at M&A Engenharia, where they provide geotechnical consulting and develop operational standards.
